Seu-Xerea offered a slice of London’s Soho just a few yards from Valencia’s Miquelete: home-made food for peoples whose home is the world. Steve Anderson opened Seu-Xerea in 1996, and for many, it was their first experience of what would become more widely known as fusion food. In this demonstration, Steve goes back to his roots to share with you his recipes from Seu-Xerea: panzanella salad, spinach and ricotta gnocchis and prawn satay. After the demonstration join Steve for dinner and plenty of lively conversation with your classmates.
