Baalbec restaurant was Steve Anderson’s unique vision of the gastronomy of the other side of the Mediterranean. In response to your innumerable requests, Steve and Javier Lajara (head chef at Baalbec and now Ma Khin) offer this cookery demonstration and dinner as a tribute to a much-loved restaurant, show cased through some of its most popular dishes. We’ll show you how to make a fabulous fattoush salad, zucchini croquettes and bougiourdi fish. And to top off the evening enjoy a Baalbec dinner and great conversation with the chefs and your classmates. 

The price includes the demonstration and menu (with drinks) for one person.
