A live cooking demonstration centred on Bún Bò Huế, one of Vietnam’s most celebrated broths — bold, aromatic and perfect for winter.

Fresh from his January trip to Vietnam, Steve brings back flavours, ideas and a few surprise dishes inspired by what he’s tasted along the way.

Alongside the cooking, he’ll share stories from the road and insights into regional food culture.
The evening ends with dinner with the chef, shared around the table.
