A live cooking demonstration designed to warm up winter through Asian comfort food.
Steve will prepare three bowl-based dishes, sharing techniques, flavours and stories as he cooks:

  • Indian lentil dahl, creamy and gently spiced.
  • Tom Yum Gai, Thailand’s iconic hot-and-sour soup.
  • Chinese beef stew with star anise and fermented bean curd, slow-cooked and full of umami.

The demonstration is followed by dinner with the chef, shared around the table — very much the Ma Khin way.
