As part of Cuina Oberta, we present this course dedicated to Indian curries. If the world of spices feels complex or intimidating, this class is designed for you.

Using a small selection of essential spices, you will learn how to recreate at home some of the most flavourful curries served at Ma Khin:

  • Chicken Tikka Masala – One of the world’s most popular curries: marinated roasted chicken in a creamy tomato and aromatic spice sauce.
  • Lentil Dahl – A comforting Indian classic: gently spiced lentils, soft, fragrant and deeply satisfying.
  • Malabar Fish and Prawn Curry – A southern Indian curry, fragrant and lightly spicy, with coconut, tamarind and toasted spices.

The experience concludes with a shared dinner with the chef, gathered around the table to enjoy the dishes prepared during the class.
