  • Tohu Thoke – Forget your preconceptions: this chickpea tofu is crispy, light and deeply flavourful.
  •  Thai Eggplant Salad – Fresh, aromatic and full of contrast.

The experience concludes with a shared dinner with the chef, gathered around the table to enjoy the dishes prepared during the class.
